How to Organise a Satellite Session ?
With the satellite proposals being accepted, organisers are to form satellite programme committees, determine the submission mode of abstracts: email or own submission system (e.g. EasyChair), issue  calls for papers/abstracts,  set up review processes and selection criteria (to include consistency with satellite theme, originality and scientific soundness). The satellite papers/abstracts will not be reviewed by the conference scientific committee. Satellite organisers are to communicate directly with their presenters on all aspects of the review & management processes.

Once the satellite presenters have been selected and notified, they are to submit final abstracts of 500 words in PDF format. In turn Satellite chairs are to provide the following to the conference organisers:
  • all accepted abstracts in PDF format.
  • a schedule of all accepted talks
  • preferred satellite time slots (e.g. Day 2 morning or Day 3), if any.

Important Dates

28 Jan - 4 Apr 2016:        submission of satellite proposals. (Closed)
26 Apr 2016:                  notification of results to satellite organizers.
10 Jul 2016:                   satellite abstract submissions timeline
15 Aug 2016:                  satellite organisers submit final satellite abstracts & authors.
